Levels
Please read the below descriptions to find the right level for you.
Beginners
It is suggested that newbies, seniors, pregnant women or those with injuries start with an Introduction, Gentle, Prenatal or Level 1 class.
Level 1
This level offers a slower paced class, great for beginners, continuing beginners, and those with therapeutic needs (0-1 years experience)

Level 1/2
This level offers an increased physical challenge; includes a variety of poses and a more intense vinyasa (flow), great for all levels but would be best if familiar with basic poses (0-2 years experience)
Level 2/3
This is for the advancing practitioner who is ready to “bring it on” taking all of the basics, drawing it together and practicing at a higher level. (years of experience will vary~discuss with teacher if uncertain)
Advanced Practice
This class will involve some serious asana, intense inversions and incredible poses. It will require that you are able to enter inversions at the wall with minimal to no assist necessary. No beginners please!
Classes
Namaste invites you to explore new classes and continually adds more to the schedule!
Intro to Flow
is an introductory yoga class, offering the basic foundations of “vinyasa” (flow) yoga: to include breathing techniques and essential yoga poses with proper alignment (modifications if needed). A 2 week session class for those with little or no yoga experience. (*This class is FREE one time only. To repeat session, there is a fee.)
Explorations in Yoga 1/2
incorporates the essentials of yoga: breath, meditation, and asanas (poses) in a slower, deeper style. Finding yourself in a pose you've done many times before, but lingering longer, you will have the opportunity to 'peel away the layers' discovering something new. Ideal for newer students or anyone looking for a gentler more restorative style.
Basic Flow
is a flow (vinyasa) style class that links breath with movement while emphasizing the basic yoga postures. If you are new to vinyasa yoga or are looking for a class with less “power”, this is the class for you!
Mindful Yoga
Keeping in mind that modifications are always offered to deepen or reduce intensity, you can expect a mindful, moderate class focusing on breath-work to oxygenate the blood supply which can calm or stimulate energy; asanas to strengthen, balance, and flex the body; and the combination of breath-work and asanas to invoke the relaxation response which calms, soothes, and retrains the nervous system. Within a given class, students will experience both Yin and Yang Yoga: Yin asks for longer holds with relaxed muscles, reaching deep into connective tissue, increasing flexibility; Yang invites rhythmic repetition of movement, building strength and endurance, always done gently and mindfully in this class.
ASHTANGA 1/2
is a flow style, “vinyasa”, class providing an introduction to the Primary series, a set progressive series of postures, within the Ashtanga system. Beginners welcome.
Power Yoga 1/2
is an intense flow class with particular emphasis on the foundational postures. A challenging class with focus on alignment, physical condition, breath and spirit. For beginners, but even the advanced can find a challenge.

Power Yoga 2/3
is an intense flow class, offering modified poses, and pose variations, to fit every body and spirit for a awesome experience. Working at your own level without judgment or comparison. A challenging class for those wishing to strengthen and work hard. (Suggested 10 Basics classes before attending.)

Thinking Body Yoga
When we quiet the mind, the body will tell us which muscles need our attention. In this class we will let the body lead us through the asanas we need that day. Please bring your aches, pains and stiff muscles, then take a deep breath and relax while Sunny designs a practice to meet your specific needs.
Yoga Bhoga
In Sanskrit “Bhoga” means fun or enjoyment. In this ALL LEVELS class we will challenge ourselves to stay focused, breathe deeply, and explore a variety of FUN asanas (poses) to bring our week to an end. With a bit of sweat, and likely some laughter, we will let go of any stress we’ve accumulated during the week and bring ourselves to the weekend with big beautiful smiles on our faces, full open hearts, and calm clear minds. Sound good? Bring it on!!(Some vinyasa experience recommended, but not required.)
Prenatal Yoga
The prenatal class is specially designed for pregnant women who have completed their first trimester of pregnancy. This class will develop an instinctive body sense and give you confidence and faith in your own power. The class consists of gentle stretching, toning and strengthening of the muscles of the body to help prevent or relieve common discomforts of pregnancy and help you prepare physically, mentally and spiritually for the beautiful, and yet often painful, experience of childbirth. In addition, breathing techniques (pranayama), deep relaxation and meditation are taught to help you stay calm, make a deeper connection with the baby, and give you an overall sense of well-being. Great for postnatal too!!
Vinyasa Flow
This all levels class will offer an energetic range of flowing movement appropriate for everyone. Each session will help the practitioner to build strength, balance and endurance. Focus will be placed on proper alignment, attaching breath to movement and mindfulness. A nurturing and encouraging environment is always provided and an attitude of fun and curiosity is welcome!!
