NYC opened its doors to the community in 2001, offering our signature class, Power Yoga, in all levels. Today, NYC provides an array of other classes such as Ashtanga, Forrest, Intro to Flow, Flow and Deep, Pre-Natal and Explorations in Yoga to ensure everyone's needs are met.
The beauty and benefits of maintaining a daily practice of yoga ~ meaning to unite ~ are simply overwhelming. Aside from becoming more flexible and tone, somewhere during this journey, yoga begins to heal ailments such as fatigue, back pain, hypertension, headaches, and joint and muscle injuries, just to name a few.
